AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT A 180-UNIT AFFORDABLE
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN THE "R-4,R-P" PLANNED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by Union Development Holdings, LLC, for a Site Plan
Amendment to the "R-4,R-P" Planned Multiple Residence District, to allow for the construction
of a 180-unit affordable housing development, at property located northwest of 4039 Homer
Street, and legally described as follows:
A PART OF AUDITOR'S PARCEL G, AS RECORDED IN DOCUMENT
#2008-10309, ON FILE IN THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY RECORDER'S
OFFICE IN WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
