AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO ALLOW
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING LOT CANOPIES
LOCATED AT 2790 LIVINGSTON LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by the City of Waterloo,for a Site Plan Amendment to the"M-
2,P"Planned Industrial District to allow for the construction of parking lot canopies, located at 2790
Livingston Lane, and legally described as follows:
THAT PART OF SECTION 4 AND SECTION 5 IN T89N,R13W, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA,DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE AS
PLATTED AND THE CENTERLINE OF LIVINGSTON LANE AS PRESENTLY
ESTABLISHED; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY, SOUTHWESTERLY,AND
SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF LIVINGSTON LANE TO
ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE CENTERLINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE;
THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF BETSWORTH
DRIVE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,CITY OF WATERLOO,BLACK
