RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ro H O H5+ ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR FY 1983 CONSTRUCTION OF
s z, ' CONWAY VICINITY PARKING RAMP , CONTRACT NO . 241 .

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract, etc . , for the FY 1983
Construction of Conway Vicinity Parking Ramp , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , known as Contract No. 241 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract, etc . , for the FY 1983 Conway
Vicinity Parking Ramp , known as Contract No. 241 which were
preliminarily approved on August 16 , 1982 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on
Septemeber 7 , 1982, and no objections were made , now, therefore .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc. , for the FY 1983 Construction of Conway Vicinity
Parking, Ramp, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , known as Contract
No. 241 , be , and the same are hereby , approved as filed .
Passed and adopted this 7 day of September , 1982.
