Cr' RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
=� t-` SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST, ETC . , FOR FY 1983 SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 245

WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
x y heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the FY 1983
Sidewalk Repair Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , known as
or Contract No. 245 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the FY 1983 Sidewalk
Repair Program , known as Contract No. 245 which were
preliminarily approved on August 16 , 1982, and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on
September 7 , 1982, and no objections were made, now, therefore .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc . , for the FY 1983 Sidewalk Repair Program, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 245, be, and the same are
hereby , approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 7 day of September, 1982.
