WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , is desirous
.4 ' . of cancelling Certificate No. 05-37254, Installments 4-10 under 1975
`i Downtown Fourth Street Improvements , Contract No. 152 now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that the assessment levied under Certifiate No. 05-37254 , Installments 4- 10
of the 1975 Downtown Fourth Street Improvements , Contract No. 152, be and
the same are hereby cancelled , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is hereby
directed to notify the County Auditor of the Cancellation of Certificate
No. 05-37254 , Installments 4-10 under 1975 Downtown Fourth Street
Improvements , Contract No. 152.
Passed and adopted this 7 day of September, 1982 , approved by the
