:� � RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CARDINAL
F, F, , CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR CONWAY
3 VICINITY PARKING RAMP , CONTRACT NO. 241 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $3 , 667 ,817 . 60.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
? ^ � That the bid of Cardinal Construction Company of Waterloo ,
Iowa , in the amount of $3 ,667 ,817 . 60, for the construction of the
Waterloo , Iowa , Conway Vicinity Parking Ramp ( Contract No. 241 ) ,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project , after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work .
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements , said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
Passed and approved , this 13 day of September , 1982.
