- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA:
h •" ° That the bid of Larry Hope of Waterloo , Iowa , in the amount
ol f $8 , 212 . 80, for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa , FY 1983
Sidewalk Repair Program (Contract No . 245 ) , described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project , after public hearing on published notice required by
law,' be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work .
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements , said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
Passed and approved , this 13 day of September , 1982.
