RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR BLACK HAWK COUNTY CHURCH OF
CHRIST. .
WHEREAS , Slack Hawk County Church of Christ has proposed that the
Council of the City of '-faterloo, Iowa , approve a site plan for
Slack Hawk County Church uf Chirst , and legally described
as follows :
That part of the following described parcel lyinn Southwesterly
of a line which is One Hundred Sixty-four and Seventy-three
Hundredths ( 164. 73 ) feet normally distant from Northerly of and
parallel with the Northeasterly line of Cedar Terrace nrive.
That part of Government lot. Three (3) , Section Twelve ( 12) ,
Townshin Einhtv-eight North ( TPHN) , Ranee Thirteen 'iest (R11W )
of the Fifth Principal Meridian , in the City of Waterloo,
Wick Hawk County, Iowa, described as beginning at a point on
the north line of Cedar Terrace nrive (former Road no. 2Sft)
which is One Thousand Seventy-eight and Twenty-six Hundredths
( 1071.26) feet west of the Fast line of Governilent Lot Three
( 3) (as measured along said North line of Cedar Terrace Orive) ;
thence N65 degrees 281 West Ninety-threp and Ninety-two
Hundredths (93.92) feet along said North line ; thence N
degrees 37 ' E One Hundred Four ( 104 . 0) feet ; thence Northerly
Two Hundred Thirty-nine and One Tenth ( 219. 1 ) feet along a
Four Hundred Thirty-seven (437.0) foot radius curve, concave
Westerly with a long chord of Two Hundred Thirty-six and Two
Tenths ( 236. 2 ) feet bearing N7 degrees 04 ' W to the Southerly
right of way of the C.R . I . P. R.R. at a point which is Two
Hundred Ninety and Four Tenths (290. 4 ) feet Easterly of the
West line of said Lot Three ( 3) (as measured along said
Southerly right of way) ; thence Southeasterly Two 4tindrpd
Fifty-four and Three Tenths (254. 1 ) feet along said C.R. I .
R. R. right of way ; thence 524 degrees 12" H Two Hundred
Forty-seven and One Tenth ( 247. 1 ) feet to the point of
beqinnIng.

WHEPEAS , a public hearing was held on September 77, 17 , at 7 ; 00
P.m. at City Hall Council Chamhers , Waterloo, Iowa , as provided
hy law , by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , on the
proposal to approve said above i'lentioned site plan, an/
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT PESOLVEH BY THE CITY couNrti OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that the site plan for Slack Hawk County Church of Christ , he and
the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 27 day of Septemher, 1982, approved by the
Mayor this 29 day of September, 10;!?.
