RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
FOR THE FY 1983 CONWAY VICINITY PARKING RAMP , IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , BEING CONTRACT NO. 241 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that the contract of Cardinal Construction Company of Waterloo ,
Iowa for the FY 1983 Conway Vicinity Parking Ramp in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 27 day of September , 1982 ,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the Vaughan & Pedersen Insurance , Inc .
of Waterloo , as surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby ,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 27 day of September, 1982.
