co pa n WHEREAS , engineering service for FY 1983 Paving Program,
Section III , Contract No . 234, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , are
needed , now , therefore,
, rl `r, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated 27 September, 1982, for the FY
1983 Paving Program, Section III , Contract No. 234 by and between
Robinson Engineering Co. , of Waterloo, Iowa , and the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 27 day of September , 1982.
