RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND
MATERIALS FURNISHED BY FRED CARLSON CO . , INC . ,
FOR SHAULIS ROAD GRADING & PAVING , CONTRACT NO. 201 .
WHEREAS, Fred Carlson Co. , Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa have
under contract with the City of Waterloo , Iowa , furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Shaulis Road
Grading & Paving, Contract No. 201 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa
and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work of
the City Engineer be and the same hereby approved.
