under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with David Street
Sanitary Sewer Program, Contract No. 236, in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
That the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work
be and the same hereby approved.
o Passed and adopted this 27 day of September, 1982 .
