WHEREAS , U. S. Marine CorpReserves , is�1-1pperforming work within the
city limits of the City of Wateloo , and

WHEREAS , said company has made formal application for a variance .

•�' NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of U. S. Marine Corp Reserve for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be the same and hereby
approved.
