t-4 RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $816. 64 ACCUMULATED
> J" SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO RANDALL BULVER ,
D RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE
o CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
h WHEREAS, on the 23 day of September, 1982, Randall Bulver
`+ ' will retire as an employee of the Police Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , Randall Bulver has earned and is entitled to 11
flays vacation pay now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
, IOWA , that Randall Bulver be paid the total sum of $816 . 64 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
? ,authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Randall Bulver.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 27 day of
September , 1982, approved by the Mayor on the 29 day of September ,
1982 .
