o That the bid of Fred W . Carlson Co. of Decorah , Iowa , in

Iowa , Shaulis Road Crack Repair described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
'- project , after public hearing on published notice required by law,
. be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received

R- The Mayor Pro-Tem and Clerk are hereby directed to execute
,,. contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements , said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
