RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $9 , 931 . 32 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO RUSSELL SHEPARD ,
RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE PARK DEPARTMENT IN THE
m (%) m `-' CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA.- WHEREAS , on the 30th day of September , 1982 , Russell Shepard
wij'l retire as an employee of the Park Department in the City of
mWaterloo, Iowa , and

WHEREAS , Russell Shepard has accumulated 960 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
_' WHEREAS , Russell Shepard has earned and is entitled to 166
hours vacation pay , now, therefore ,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
`- IOWA, that Russell Shepard be p paid the total sum of $9 , 931 . 32
..being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
: vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Russell Shepard.
'Passed and adopted by City Council on the 4th day of October
1982 , approved by the Mayor on the 6th day of October , 1982.
