RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $8 , 117 . 32 ACCUMULATED

=; 12 WATERLOO , IOWA .
= WHEREAS , on the 30th day of September , 1982 , John Warnke
vdll retire as an employee of the Park Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , John Warnke has accumulated 847- 1/2 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , John Warnke has earned and is entitled to 120 hours
vecation pay, now, therefore,
-= BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that John Warnke be paid the total sum of $8 , 117 . 32 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to John Warnke.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 4th day of
October , 1982, approved by the Mayor on the 6th day of October ,
1982..
