RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BOND OF WINTERS AND
MERCHANTS OF SIOUX SOUTH SIOUX CITY, NEBRASKA FOR THE
FY 1983 11TH STREET BRIDGE PAINTING IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO . 246.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that the contract of Winters & Merchants of South Sioux City ,
Nebraska for the FY 1983 llth Street Bridge Painting in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa , signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
by the Mayor Pro-Tem and the Deputy City Clerk as of the 23 day of
August , 1982, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the United States Fidelity
& Guaranty Co. , of Waterloo, Iowa , as surety thereon , be, and the
same are hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 11 day of October , 1982 .
