WHEREAS , Fred Carlson Company of Waterloo , Iowa have under
contract Oa the City of Waterloo, Iowa , dated September 27 ,
1982 , furnished certain materials and performed labor in
connection with Shaulis Road Crack Repair Program, , in the City
of Waterloo ; Iowa , and
WHEREAS , the completion report of City Engineer for the work
performed and materials furnished by the said contractors under
said contract is $2 , 300 . 00 , and
Bf IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That the report of the Engineers be approved, said contractors ,
Fred Carlson Company , be paid the sum of $2 , 300. 00 and the same be
delivered to the said Fred Carlson Company.
Passed and adopted this 11 day of October , 1982 .
