7 WHEREAS , Ernster & Company, Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa have
under contract with the City of Waterloo , Iowa , dated April 12 ,
1982 , furnished certain materials and performed labor in
connection with Peek Street Sanitary Sewer Extension „ Contract
No. 229, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , the completion report of City Engineer for the work
performed and materials furnished by the said contractors under
said contract is $8, 985. 44 , and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
That the report of the Engineers be approved , said contractors ,
Ernster & Company , Inc. , be paid the sum of $8 , 985. 44 and the same
be delivered to the said Ernster & Company, Inc.
Passed and adopted this 11 day of October , 1982.
