m _ PROGRAM , CONTRACT NO. 231 AND CERTIFYING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa have
under contract with the City of Waterloo , Iowa , dated May 10 ,
1982, furnished certain materials and
connection with FY 1982 performed labor in
N. H . S .S . Oneida Street Paving Program,
Contract No. 231 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS , the completion report of City Engineer for the work
performed and materials furnished by the said contractors under
said contractois $133, 177. 31 , and

That therievot of the Engineers be approved, said contractors ,
Cedar Va}.le, ; Corporation , be paid the sum of $ 133 , 177 . 31 and the
