a XR r WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
c Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 1 day of November , 1982 for the
• purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Pat ' s
Auto Salvage Yard to expand existing Auto Salvage operation on a
parcel of land generaly located southwest corner of intersection
of Mitchell Avenue & Lowell Avenue and legally described as
follows :
`Lots 17 - 20 and the north 94. 4 ft . of Lot A, Sheffield

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
