RESOLUTION NO. 1982-487
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1,055.84 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO CHRIS MEAD, FORMER
EMPLOYEE OF THE CLERK/AUDITOR'S OFFICE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 28 day of October, 1982, Chris Mead will end
her employment with the Clerk/Auditor's Office in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Chris Mead has accumulated 103 hours of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Chris Mead has earned and is entitled to 66 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Chris Mead be paid the total sum of $1,055.84 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Chris Mead.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 25 day of October,
1982, approved by the Mayor on the 27 day of October, 1982.
