RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR EXPANSION FOR PAT ' S AUTO
SAIGE YARD .
W}#RIEAS , Pat ' s Auto Salvage Yard has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa , approve a site plan for expansion for
c_ Pat ' s Auto Salvage Yard , and legally described as follows :

Lots 17-20 and the north 94. 4 ft. of Lot A, Sheffield Add. ,

City of Waterloo , Iowa
=WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on November 1 , 1982 , at 7 : 00
• P..W1. at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo , Iowa , as provided
by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan , and
' WHE;REAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
shy:uld be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Pat ' s Auto Salvage Yard, be and the same is
hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 1 day of November, 1982 , approved by the
Mayor this 3 day of November , 1982.
