RESOLD=TfOr( FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE
TO BE GIVEN ON A SPECIAL PERMIT REQUEST FOR HAWKEYE INSTITUTE
OF TECHNOLOGY TO OCCUPY BUILDING AT 844 W. 4TH STREET AS
NOVEMBER' 15# 1g82 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS,_ council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the
Council ChamGeps in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
p.m. on the 15 day of November, 1982, for the purpose of considering a
Special hermit Request for Hawkeye Institute of Technology to occupy
building at 844 W. 4th Street, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
and place off'§ojd hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Pass-and adopted this 1st day of November, 1982.
