RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1,074.15 ACCUMULATED SICK
LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO MICHAEL ALLEN, AN EMPLOYEE
OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO.
WHEREAS, on the 14 day of October, 1982, Michael Allen will be
terminated as an employee of the Street Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Michael Allen, has accumulated 79.5 hours of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Michael Allen, has earned and is entitled to 60 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Michael Allen be paid the total sum of $1,074.15 being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that
the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Michael Allen.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 1 day of November,
1982, approved by the Mayor on the 3 day of November, 1982.
