U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
LOW-RENT PUBLIC HOUSING
AMENDMENT TO CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
FOR PROJECT IA 50-3, CONTRACT KC-3047
THIS AMENDATORY AGREEMENT, made and entered into this g day of
V c i1 (c - 10 rc-f , 19 ,. by and between the UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (hereinafter called
the "Government") , and the Waterloo Housing Authority (hereinafter called
the "Local Authority") ;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Government and the Local Authority executed an Annual Contribu-
tions Contract on September 6, 1972, Contract No. KC-3047 (hereinafter called
the "Existing Contract") ; and
WHEREAS, the Government and the Local Authority desire to amend said
Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual benefits
• to the parties hereto, it is hereby agreed that the Existing Contract is
amended as follows:
1. Delete all of Section 1(H) of the Existing Contract, and substitute
in lieu thereof the following words, phrases and figures:
(H) The "Minimum Loan Interest Rate" shall be 5 3/8 % per annum.
The "Maximum Contribution Percentage" shall be 6.7311 % per annum.
The remaining portions of the Existing Contract remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Local Authority and the Government have caused this
Amendatory Agreement to be executed and the Local Authority has caused its seal
to be hereunto affixed and attested all as of the date first above written.
