RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF
CERTIFICATE NO. 05-39825 UNDER 1982 PAVING PROGRAM ,
CONTRACT NO. 223 .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , is
desirous of cancelling Certificate No . 05-39825 under FY 1982
Paving Program, Contract No . 223 now , therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , that the assessment levied under Certificate No. 05-39825 of
the FY 1982 Paving Program, Contract No. 223, be and the same are
hereby cancelled , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Auditor of the Cancellation
of Certificate No. 05-39825 under FY 1982 Paving Program, Contract
No. 223.
Passed and adopted this 8 day of November , 1982 , approved by
the Mayor this 10 day of November, 1982.
