RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REVOCATION OF TAXICAB
LICENSE OF ROBERT RATH AS NOVEMBER 15, 1982, AT 7:00 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
at 7:00 p.m. on the 15 day of November, 1982, for the purpose of
revocation of taxicab license of Robert Rath, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Clerk Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 8 day of November, 1982.
