RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPECIAL PERMIT REQUEST FOR HAWKEYE
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY TO OCCUPY BUILDING AT 844 W. 4TH STREET.
WHEREAS , Hawkeye Institute of Technology has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , approve a special permit ,
and legally described as follows :
Lot 2 of Blk . 3 of Leavitts Add, and the southwesterly
twenty-five ( 25 ) ft. of Lot 3, Blk . 3, of Leavitts Add. , City
m o _W,aterl oo , Black Hawk County , Iowa .
WAERAS, a public hearing was held on November 15 , 1982, at 7 : 00
P,,,M . 'r at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo , Iowa , as provided
bX law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned special permit , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said special
permit be approved as proposed , now , therefore ,
Btu IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
t -at the special permit , be and the same is hereby approved.
PA'ssed and adopted this 15 day of November, 1982, approved by the
Mayor this 17 day of November, 1982.
