($447,000.00) TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND.
o WHEREAS, the CityCouncil• � �, passed the 1982-1983 Fiscal Budget on
• , March 2, 1982, allocating $447,000.00 of Sewer Rental Money to the
Debt Service Fund for payment of Sewer Bonds.
E NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
tri THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of

payment of Sewer Bonds.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed to certify
a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
