✓ .i RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $584 . 24 ACCUMULATED

0) ;> H VACATION PAY TO HERM SIZEMORE , AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
CONWAY CIVIC CENTER/MCELROY AUDITORIUM.
WHEREAS , on the 23 day of October, 1982 , Herm Sizemore will be
terminated as an employee of the Conway Civic Center/McElroy
Auditorium in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Herm Sizemore has accumulated 8 days of vacation and
is entitled to payment for same , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Herm Sizemore be paid the total of $584. 24 being payment
in full for above mentioned vacation pay, and that the FinanceDirector be , and he is hereby , authorized , empowered and ordered to
draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Herm
Sizemore.
H ` Passed and adopted by City Council on the 15 day of November ,
1982, approved by Mayor on the 17 day of November , 1982.
