A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE VACATING 10' EASEMENT
IN TRACT H OF CEDAR CREST ADDITION AS DECEMBER 13, 1982,
AT 7:00 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7:00 p.m. , on the 13 day of December, 1982, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a 10' easement
in Tract H of cedar Crest Addition described as follows:
A strip of real estate ten (10) feet in width, the centerline
of _storm sewer easement being described as:
j Commencing at the Southeast corner of Tract H, Cedar Crest,
_- Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence South 89 degrees
00' West along the South line of Tract H a distance of 186.78
feet to the point of beginning; thence Northerly to a point
on the northerly line of Tract H which is 186.75 feet from
the Northeast corner of Tract H measured along the Northerly
line thereof.
Section 2 - That the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 22 day of November, 1982.
