WIER'EAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
o deems it advisable and necessary to construct the Deere Road
Corridorn the City of Cedar Falls , Iowa , and Waterloo , Iowa ,

WHEREAS , said City Council of Cedar Falls , Iowa , pursuant
s to a joint agreement with the City of Waterloo has caused to be
prepared plans , specifications , form of contract and estimate of
cosh for the construction of the Deere Road Corridor Project
with4rri:-he City of Cedar Falls , Iowa and the City of Waterloo ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
w CITY OF ,WATERLOO, IOWA, that the date and time of hearing for the
Deere -Rd-Ad Corridor Project within the City of Waterloo , Iowa , is
hereby s-et for 7 : 00 p .m. , December 6 , 1982, in the Council
Chamber s of the City Hall , Waterloo , Iowa , and the City Clerk is
hereby p rected to publish notice as required by law.
