RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE
GIVEN FOR A PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE WATERLOO WATER WORKS FOR
CALENDAR 1983 AS DECEMBER 6, 1982 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at
7:00 p.m. on the 6 day of December, 1982, for the purpose of considering
the budget for the Waterloo Water Works for calendar 1983, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the
Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 22 day of November, 1982.
