RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
mCDrr STATEMENTS FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL
FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .

WHEREAS , certain contractors have performed work and
furnished material in connection with various projects in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rendered
by the said contractors , as shown below:
cFY 1983 Paving Program, Section III , Contract No. 234
Statement from Robinson Engineering Co. for engineering

`,services in the amount of $1 , 722. 50.
rFY 1982 Pinehurst Drainage Improvements , Schedule I , Con No 228
—Statement from Brice , Petrides and Assoc. , Inc . for engineering
services in the amount of $3 , 355 . 05.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
that the above listed statements be paid on said contract for
services rendered in connection with the above listed contracts ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and the Clerk/Auditor, be and he
is hereby , authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sums and deliver the same to the said
contractors .
