RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR FY 1983 CONSTRUCTION OF THE
INTERCITY INTERCEPTOR , STAGE I , ORANGE GROVE TRUNK
SEWER , CONTRACT NO. 247 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1983
Construction of the Intercity Interceptor , Stage I , Orange Grove
Trunk Sewer, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No.
247 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
speci`-fications , form of contract , etc. , for the FY 1983
Construction of the Intercity Interceptor, Stage I , Orange Grove
Trunk,:Sewer, known as Contract No. 247 which were preliminarily
approved on November 15 , 1982 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on December
6 , 1982, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
v0BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond ,'-',etc . , for the FY 1983 Construction of the Intercity
Interceptor, Stage I , Orange Grove Trunk Sewer, in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , known as Contract No. 247 , be , and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 6 day of December, 1982.
