RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE TO
BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED ADDITION OF THE UNION MISSIONARY
BAPTIST CHURCH LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF SHILLIAM & JACKSON STREET AS 20 DECEMBER 1982,
AT 7:00 P.M. 4.-Y E COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTIG? -OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the
Council Chambers in thty Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
p.m. on the:_ 20 Decemb r, 1982, for the purpose of a proposed addition of
the Union Missionary gabrs1 Church located at the southeast corner of
the intersection of S:hi-rli-ai & Jackson Street, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the
Clerk Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in theWaterloo Courier.
