I RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN ABANDONED STREETS
--',FROM THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY FOR F.Y. 1983
= OILING PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 235
WHEREAS,tertain streets included in the Resolution of Necessity for
FY 1983 &iLir`g Program, Contract No. 235, have been abandoned and
should be-aremoved from the Public Improvement Program, now,
therefore,
BE IT. RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the following named streets and alleys, be, and the same are,
hereby deleted from Resolution No. 1982-221, as amended, being the
Resolitieps\f Necessity for FY 1983 Oiling Program, Contract No.
