RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
, THE U . S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
v m FOR THE RATH UDAG AGREEMENT NUMBER B-79-AA- 19-0004
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
= BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated 13 December, 1982 Amendment to Grant
Agreement , by and between the U . S. Department of Housing & Urban
Development for the Rath UDAG Agreement Number B-79-AA- 19-0004
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa , be and the same is hereby
approved , and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 13 day of December, 1982.
