WHEREAS , Cedar Falls Construction Co. Inc. , of Waterloo ,
Iowa have under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa , dated
September 2O , 1982 , furnished certain materials and performed
labor in conneption with the FY 1983 Paving Program, Section III ,
Cori-tract No. -23r4, in the City of waterloo , Iowa , and
" 3g . IT- I;.E$-OLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
That ttre report of the Engineers be approved , said contractors ,
Cedar Falls Construction Company , Inc . , be paid the sum of
$2818,20 and the same be delivered to the said Cedar Falls
Con-struction 'Co Inc.
