RESOLUTION NO. 1982-558
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR UNION MISSIONARY BAPTIST
CHURCH .
WHEREAS , Union Missionary Baptist Church has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , approve a site plan for
Union Missionary Baptist Church , and legally described
follows :

cLot Nos . 1 & 2 Blk . 7 of Shilliam ' s Third Subdivision , City of
Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa .

Wi-IEREAS , a public hearing was held on December 20 , 1982 , at 7 : 00
t.M. at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo, Iowa , as provided
by law , by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan , and
Wi-IEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Union Missionary Baptist Church , be and the
same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 20 day of December, 1982 , approved by the
Mayor this 22 day of December , 1982.
