RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
c NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR A PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE (5) ADDITIONS TO THREE (3) EXISTING,'
, STRUCTURES AND TO APPROVE OVERALL SITE PLAN FOR HAWKEYE
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the CouncilCkiambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at
7:00 p.m. _o4 the 10 day of January, 1983, for the purpose of
c onsidering-a`site plan for a proposed construction of five (5)
additions to three (3) existing structures and to approve overall site
plan for Hawkeye Institute of Technology, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
_and place :of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 20 day of December, 1982.
