RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF ENTRY TO PIE
U.S. CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID ENTRY BY MAYOR AND CLERK AUDITOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that the Right-of-Entry for Flood Control Construction by and between
the O . S. Army Corns of Ennineers , Waterloo, Iowa , and the City of
laterloo, Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
Clerk/Auditor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this0Pday of December, 1982.
