RESOLUTION NO. 1982-567
RESOLUTION WAIVING THE DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERLY EXTENDED
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SCHUKEI ROAD
AND INCLUDING TRACT A OF RICHLAND
PARK ADDITION.
WHEREAS , when the property legally described below and surrounding
area was platted into streets and lots , and
WHEREAS , a certain parcel was reserved for future street purposes ,
and
WHEREAS , the Plan & Program Commission has determined that said
declaration should be waived,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO
that the Declaration of Covenants be waived on the following legally
described property :
Section 2 - Township 88 - Range 13
Commencing at the most northerly corner of Lot 6 , Schukei Park ;
thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Lot 5 and Lot
6, Schukei Park to southeasterly corner of Tract A, Richland Park ;
thence northerly along east line of said Tract A to the most
northerly corner of said Tract A ; thence northeasterly 60 feet
from and parallel with the northwesterly line of Lot 5 and 6 ,
Schukei Park if extended northwesterly ; thence southeasterly 60
feet to the point of beginning. Also Tract A, Richland Park .
Passed and adopted this 28th day of December , 1982.
