,,-- ,. WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
feet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
W4aterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 17 day of January , 1983 for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Priebe Oil Co . to rezone from "M- 1 " Light Industrial District to
"C-Z " Conditional Zoning to a parcel of land generally located
'forth of W. Shaulis Road and West of US Highway 63 and legally
.described' As follows :

Comme:ncng at the intersection of the Northerly R-O-W line of
West Shaulis Road and the Northwesterly R-O-W line of the
Waterloo Section of the Chicago Great Western Railroad ; thence
Weter `Rail road ; thence Westerly along said Northerly R-O-W
line of West Shaulis Road a distance of 450. 00 feet to the
point :Cif. beginning ; thence Westerly along said Northerly R-O-W
line of ` West Shaulis Road a distance of 350.00 feet ; thence
Northerly at right angles with the last described course a
distance-- of460. 00 feet ; thence Easterly at right angles with
the last. described course a distance of 240 .00 feet ; thence
Southeasterly a distance of 194. 16 feet to the point of
beginning.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of
the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
