ieet in the :Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
'Waterloo, `Iowa. at 7 : 00 P.M . on the 17 day of January , 1983 for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Waterloo Zoning Commission to rezone from "U- 1 " Unclassified
District to "C-2 " Commercial District to a parcel of land
generally located between W. 7th & W . llth Street & north of
�Eomm,ercial.._,Street and legally described as follows :

Iowa .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
