BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Lametti & Sons, Inc. , of Hugo, Minnesota, for
the FY 1983 Orange Grove Trunk Sewer Intercity, Interceptor, Stage I ,
Contract No. 247 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Clerk/Auditor as of
the 28 day of December, 1982, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the St. Paul Fire
and' Marine Insurance Co. , of St. Paul , Minnesota, as surety thereon,
be, and the sane are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 28 day of December, 1982.
