RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
STATEMENTS AND PROGRESSIVE BILLS FOR WORK PERFORMED
AND MATERIAL FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
W=HEREAS , certain contractors have performed work and
furnis:h::ed material in connection with various projects in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rendered
by the said contractors , as shown below:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the above listed statements be paid on said contract for
services rendered in connection with the above listed contracts ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and the Clerk/Auditor, be and he
is hereby , authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sums and deliver the same to the said
contractors .
Passed and adopted this 28 day of December, 1982.
