RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO . 1982-5
RELATING TO THE F . Y . 1982 PAVING PROGRAM ,
CONTRACT NO. 223 AND SET NEW DATE OF
HEARING ON PLANS , SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF
CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS AS FEBRUARY
1 , 1982.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , at its regular
meeting of January 4 , 1982 , took action on setting the date of
hearing on plans , specifications form of contract and notice to
bidders for the F . Y. 1982 Paving Program, Contract No. 223 under
Resolution No. 1982-5 , and
WHEREAS , said Council is desirous of repealing said action , now,
therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA that
Resolution No. 1982- 5 be and the same hereby repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that bids be ordered ; plans , specifications
and form of contract be approved ; amount of bid security fixed ;
and Clerk instructed to publish notice and fix date for receiving
same , and for a public hearing on plans , specifications , form of
contract and estimate of costs as February 1 , 1982 at 7 : 00 P.M. ,
City Hall Council Chambers .
Passed and adopted this 4th day of January , 1982.
